Windows 7 Enterprise cannot download any games

If you are referring to the "included" games - ie solitaire, freecell, etc. then you need to "Turn windows features on or off". If you type in solitaire from the start menu (Search Programs and Files) it will give you a control panel option to turn windows features on or off. Games is the first one at the top.
