How do you get more than one copy of Junk Synchron in Yu-Gi-Oh Stardust Accelerator

Like every card in the game (except the Egyptian God cards) they all have passwords, located in the bottom left corner of the real card. To enter a card password, go to World Championship mode, select the Shop icon (looks like a house) and then select Password.
