How do you make friends in shining stars

Here is how you do it:
1)Go online and click your character button on the lower left hand corner.
2)There will be a section that has a thing called "My buddies" on it
3) since you do NOT have buddies click the button that says "click here"
(HINT) YOU MUST HAVE YOUR EMAIL VERIFIED
