An emulator should do the job, but they need a lot of power, especially for the newer systems. If you have a high-powered computer and legally own PSP games, you are entitled to using an emulator. Just remember that if you own ROMs of games that you don't use, you are breaking the law. A good emulator, considering there are only two available at the moment, is "Potemkin." Remember, however, that it is in its experimental stages, and likely unstable!
