How Do you promote guild members in DFO

you must be a guild master or guil officer, then you open the guild menu, click on their name and choose the rank you wish to promote (never promote someone as guild master if you are guild master or they could kick u and take over your guild). If you encounter the problem where you invite someone, that person accepts, you want to promote but the game won't let you, just switch channels and you will be able to do so no problem!
