Are they making a portal 3

At E3 2012 an interviewer for machinima asked valve about Half life 3 and Portal 3, and from what they wrote on the forum page ' Portal 3? You'll just have to wait ' so thats giving us a hint that most likely Portal 3 is going to be released shortly after Half life 3 this fall of 2013!
