How do you rebuild bombed buildings in The Godfather II

You don't personally rebuild your rackets/businesses. When your rackets are bombed or set on fire by a rival gang, it automatically begins to be rebuilt. But, the process of your rackets being rebuilt takes awhile. It takes about nine minutes for the business to reopen to working order. In the meantime, seek revenge. Go takeover one of their businesses, hire guards, and Next time, personally go defend your rackets when they're called under attack so they don't destroy your businesses.
