Can video games be excercize
Yes, as far back as I've been playing; waaaay back into the Eighties. Personally my favorite time to play as far as of benefit is when I'm frustrated. When angry, is another time spent concentrating, solely focused on a game or something I'm interested in. Sure it may be "Brain Bubblegum", and some say only if you have a wii can you get any true cardio-vascular exercise while gaming. Though in my opinion, mental acuity, logic, problem solving abilities and more are all well attained and exercised while gaming. Balance however should be maintained. If you are young and suffer no malady hampering your ability to do your housework yet your butt is glued to the couch, even before homework is done; remember Moms and Dads by now have likely heard the same from their parents about gaming. Throwing a fit is as sure-fire a method of giving up your console to Mom or Dad. Not actually exercising like just walking, or throwing sporting equipment to and fro, track and fled, climbing trees, mobile socializing and more can do and will reduce ones' inability to dance, greet the other side of the gene pool and ensure a date to the prom. Also getting mad about a break in game-time is the same as saying you don't want to spend Q.T. w/ your family. So yes, game, do your homework, study as well(equally important-if not more), go outside regularly, stop playing w/ that thing and get/stay fit.
