What do death cards do in call of duty world at war

They add little features on campaign mode, for example the card Eight of hearts (Thunder) makes enemies heads explode if you head shot them and King of hearts (suicide king) means you'll get explosive rounds when downed (must have two players or more), and just in case you didn't know the cars only work on campaign mode.
