yes but it is very complicated.First get a yellow chao egg from the black market and hatch it.Give it lots of swim animals until when you pick it up its swim should be at lvl.9 do this as a hero person (Sonic,Tails,or Knuckles).Give your chao skeleton dogs until it's parts go away remember to do this as a hero person.When the chao evovles into a hero/swim chao wait until it's 3 or 4 years old then give it more swim animals until it's a hero/swim/swim chao.And if it's got small ears give it swim stats and it's ears will grow longer and your done.
