How do you summon cogs in toontown

To summon a cog you must defeat many V.P's, CEO's etc. Some rescued toons will give you SOS help and also an ability to summon a type of cog, Bloodsucker, Cold Caller, Big Wig, etc. You can start an invasion or just summon a cog. Hope it helped.
