In World of Warcraft Catalysm will gnomes and trolls get their own capital citys

As far as having their own capital cities, it has not really be decided. They are however having events that will recapture the Echo Isles for the trolls and Gnomeran for the gnomes. It is unknown if this will make these areas "capital" cities. Trolls will be getting a new starting area rather than sharing an area with the orcs.
