How do you delete a membership on toontown

In order to cancel your subscription, you must go to your account manager, click manage membership, and click cancel membership, log on the parent account, then select your account under linked accounts, click manage membership, and click cancel membership and follow what it tells you.

To cancel your subscription by emailing Disney, go to contact us, and click billing, and send your account ID, DOB, and street address.


To know if your account really is back to free access, log on the date and time the cancellation notice gives you, and see if the squares say "Become a Member!" except the green. Or pink if you put a toon there and didn't delete it. And if it doesn't say "Become a Member" then contact Disney and tell them you cancelled your subscription but it's still paid access and they might be able to help you.
