How do you get all 11 Standing Ovations in Fandango Mah Jongg

I know of 9 of them:

The first you have to do right away - the timer starts with the first click
Orange Star: 2 matches within 4 seconds
Red Star: 3 matches within 6 seconds
Pink Star: 4 matches within 8 seconds
Light Purple Star: 5 matches within 10 seconds
Dark Purple Star: 6 matches within 12 seconds

The next can be done any time:

Bright Yellow Star: 4 consecutive matches from the same tower - you have to click the same tower four times in a row either as the first or the last click. It has to be the same order every time - meaning you click on one tower, then the match. Go back to that first tower, then click the next tile and find its match. Or you could do it the other way around, where the tower you are targeting is always the second click.

Yellow Star: 4 of the same tile in a row

Brown Star: 8 of the same suit in a row (8 music or 8 film star - see the bottom of your screen as you hover to see what suit they are in).

Blue Star: 4 Bag Puppet Directors in a row.

Those are 9 of them.
