How do you defeat ix in sonic chronicles

Angel Island:
Ix has Immunity (Which revives defeated team mates with full HP and PP), so use POW MOVES on him the first round.
(Recommended Team: Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow, Omega)

Nocturnus:
Recommended Team- Sonic, Shadow, Shade, Omega.
(You can't use Knuckles)
