When does Eevee appear in the trophy garden

first you need to beat the game then you need to talk to the owner to the house he will tell you what Pokemon is in the garden check it daliy and you only have about 5% rate of finding it so good luck <3

i think the best way to get eevee is to get it from bebe in hearthoe city next to the Pokemon centre at lvl 20 then breed with ditto for some more
