When you share steam account with a friend and your lodged on and your friend is playing a game and you exit will it exit your friends game

If you are talking about the "family sharing" feature, your friend will receive a 5-minute warning time to save the game and exit, or else be kicked. If you mean you handed out your steam details to a friend (which is not allowed and a bad idea) then your friend will be kicked immediately when you play a game.
