How do you max your magicka in oblivion

you use transcendant sigil stones to give each of your 9 pieces of clothing +50 magicka and max out INT. you can also use a glitch to copy the necromancers amulet and use that to get +130 instead of the 50 for an amulet. to get the necromancers amulet, you must either never finish the magesguild quest or, after you give up the amulet to traven, finish the magesguild quests within 3 days (before the dungeon the amulet was in resets) and ressurect that lady with the staff of worms and kill her again. the seccond one isn't that hard, i did it first try
