Is McAfee accurate in saying DC Universe Online will install viruses or spyware on my computer

McAfee is tempramental, it may be overreacting to a line of data that it thinks is a virus, or it may be a corupt version of the software that will intsall virus's and spyware to your computer, until you get a more reliable antivirus software, theres no easy way to know.
