Who has the first ever 0 score on a video game

On February 14th 2013, Rudy J. Ferretti acheived and recorded a 0 score by completing the enitre game of cliffhanger for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

No other gamer has ever accomplished this feat, on any arcade or console.
