How do you get your big brother to let you play the video games and he wont let you and your really sad about it and you really want to play

Show him that you're sad about it. In most cases, he will feel bad and let you play. If this doesn't work, try being nice to him (without annoying him) and he should let you play at some point. Perhaps your parent will allow you to play when your brother is otherwise occupied or out of the house.
