No, and there have been no reports of this being proven. SWTOR has been around for quite some time now as well, and is advertised quite a lot. I don't think the police or any other law enforcement would allow a heavily advertised MMORPG to be kept online like that.

Star Wars The Old Republic is developed by BioWare & EA Sports.
Both are legit game making companies. Unless you downloaded the
game from a sketchy 3rd party site and not the original it should
be clean.
