What program was used to make games like Ib and The Witches House

Ib was made using RPG Maker 2003. The Witch's House was very likely made using the same program or later versions, such as RPG Maker XP or RPG Maker VX Ace. Knowledge of programming and scripting is not required to use either, but it would be useful to know the Ruby Programming language.

The program that was used to make games such as The Witch's House, Mad Father and Misao, is called RPG Wolf Editor. The program has been made in Japanese, although people have been trying to translate it there is no (full) version in english.
