What happens if a Pokeball you threw has a Missingno in Super Smash Flash 2

Missingno appears as sort of rock wall and streaches out, then the screen gets "crashed" for about 10 seconds. After that, you can continue playing as if nothing happens, but Missingno seems to do nothing else.
