Will elder scrolls Bethesda improve the character creation on the next elder scrolls game after Skyrim

Honestly, they judging on the patter, they have ALWAYS improved on character creation. Bethesda always brings the next game to the next level, and if we are astonished by Skyrim, we will be even more astonished by TES VI, and the next after that, so on and so forth!
