How do youfuse in Dragon Ball Z tekenchi tag team

Do all the story mode and when you get in a fight with vegito and buu you will obtain vegito playable and then you go to the (what if) and do the story mode again and there will be: what if gogeta VS buu?
there is also gotenks VS buu
and just press L up triangle
