What is wrong with my computer read discussion

I had an error like this, i couldn't play gta iv it wouldn't let me on or anything and i found out it was a corrupted section of my hard drive so you will have to reinstall windows (with the code on the side of your comp, don't buy a new one.) or restore your computer to factory settings. I hope this fixes the issue.
