How do you open the just picked store in L.A. Noire

It won't open until you meet certain prerequisites, you have to go to the El Dorado bar and walk out of the back exit, where you'll meet a worker from Just Picked. Also you must have interviewed Angel Maldonado at the police station. Once you've done both of these, that same worker will arrive back at Just Picked, he is the owner, Clem Feeney.
