If he becomes super saiyan, yes. He needs goku, gohan, future gohan, goten(adult), goku jr., and raditz too. That will be the true family kamehameha!
He also did it only with goku, gohan, goten, and future gohan in Dragonball Z: Shin Budokai Another Road.
