Who is the fastest of these video game characters

Sonic The Hedgehog is believed to be the fastest video game character invented alongside Shadow who is also from the popular Sega series. ~ DotADansen: Gum, a female character from Jet Set/Grind Radio (Future), is pretty fast and evasive, but not as fast as the afore mentioned Sonic and Shadow.
