How old do you have to be to play Age of Conan

If you want to play Conan in Detective Conan/Case Closed you have to be 7-9 or 10 years old to play Conan.
But if you want to do his voice you have to be a boy who did not hit puberty yet. OR a women who has a voice is dark like, the Japanese Conan does.
