How do you get ammo in operation flashpoint dragon rising

You can get ammunition from one of two sources: ammo crates and corpses.
Note: You can only pick up ammo for your primary and secondary weapons, and you can't interchange ammo. Example: If you have the M-4A1, you can't grab ammo from a PLA soldier who had a Type-88 rifle.
