How do you unlock the final boss on Sonic Adventure 2

Beat Dark and Hero story, then, you'll be able to select Last Story in Story Mode. Simply complete Last Stage and defeat biolizard, then sonic and shadow will turn to super, and you will face the final boss, THE FINAL HAZARD.
