Where is the 3rd lord of chaos and how do you get there

in escherions tower
first go to mobius (finish the quests)
then fairy forest and comelis ruins then back to mobius anddo the quests(they will give you more)
then hydra lake talk to lake bonfire then do queststhen after you will see a tower fall and it is escherion's tower then move through till you find a teleporter do the quest (destroy the head gargoyle )then turn it in
you will find escherion and his staff
