Crashes at start?;
Try restarting Steam, if still then try right clicking on it in your Steam games list and going through> "Properties" then into "Local Files" then "Verify game content" if this still happens, try a defrag in the same place... Still happens? Try Re-installing.

If none of these things work, contact Steam/Valve support.
