Yes there are cheats but i dont think there are any money cheats

In a way yes. You can play games, and if you beat your highscore you get V$10. Also if you get in the leaderboard you get x amount of V$.

There are secret rooms you can get to.
Dan's Diner: you go to Sea View Cafe and click the picture at the back of a Cafe/Diner.
The Lodge: Go to Tropical Island and go to Paridise Cove, you then click the Green Christmas Reef.
Big Don's Pizza: Go to the Coffee Cup Cafe in City View(Futre City) you can then see a Pizza on the counter(Right hand side) click on the pizza.
The Secret Room: Go to The Cavern(Tropical Island) and click on the Skull.
