How do you time shift in age of mythology the titans

First, worship Kronos. Then, build a building. When you click on that building(when it's fully built) look on the left side of the options thing in the lower left corner. Scroll over that little circle. It should say, "building time shift". Click on that, then click your desired location to place the building. It will take a few seconds to build the building. And beware: it costs you resources, so don't to it just for fun! Do it in emergency cases only.
