I have a serious problem with a game called Audition Online please help

Please help, I have this problem too! Whenever I play Audition Online (Feel the Beat Season 2) It always disconnects on the log in page and I even tried letting my laptop rest for a few minutes but it still doesn't work! Please answer ASAP D:
