Nothing. They don't give out free Varium and currently there are no features that allow users to get without paying.

Unless of couse this question is about trying to SCAM them into giving you free Varium by telling them an account got hacked or some such nonsense. That doesn't work either since the developers have chat logs and duel records to verify whenever someone makes this claim.

Although some GPT sites offer Ultimate game cards which you can use to buy the Varium for free. Along with many other games since Ultimate game cards work on thousands of games.
