Where to get a Uzi on Dead Rising

In Willamette Mall, there are many hidden weapons. The UZI which is a hand held machine gun, is easy to find. When you are going to the security room, there is a flight of stairs right near the door that leads to the security room, you climb those stairs, and jump onto the blue ledge, walk to the very back of that ledge, and there is a UZI laying on the ground right there.
