Can a Nvidia FX 5200 run Spore

Sadly no. A FX 5200 is too old and weak to load Spore. I would recommend you to get a new graphic card if you want to play it. Another answer: It works fine on our HP with a FX5200 card. At least it does after downloading the most recent drivers from the NVidia website. Before that, it crashed as soon as you tried to outfit a creature at the tribal stage.
