Screenshots on computers are taken using the PrntScrn (Print Screen) button, located at the top of the keyboard between F12 and Scroll Lock.

Sometimes, they get automatically saved into a pre-assigned folder, as the client is set up to do just that, with some games. I cannot answer specifically for Star Trek Elite Force 2, but I can answer for the general method : Push PrntScrn (Print Screen) button, open Paint, click Edit -> Paste, and save the file as a .jpg (Example; screenshot.jpg)

Noting where it's saved, you could upload it to a picture hosting site (such as photobucket, for example) and share it with your online friends.
