How do you open the entrance to the Bureau on assains creed

haha, oh man. the entrence is on the top of the roof first of all and second, if the door is closed you have to go in a hiding spot because people are probly chasing you. you cant enter the bereau unless your ananomous. the bereau leader tells you this earlier in the game.
