Can you become a fighter like in Dragon Ball Z

Unfortunately humans cannot fly nor fight at the speed of any DBZ character. We cannot produce energy blasts from our hands. However, there is a hidden chi power that does exist which DBZ bases the energy blasts from. It is internal strength in which we all have but martial artists, in particular, try to harness. That is where the "KI-AH" orginated.
