Can you use the elite units of America in the grand campaign for Empire total war

Yes you can :D, All special Elite units can be obtained in grand campaign
by using special buildings and tech, or owning regions in the case of the 1st Maryland or the 2nd Deleware

or some just can be obtained by default O.o you get them same way as other units
