Has anyone ever had a panic attack from playing the video game FEAR

We have no way of knowing that for certain. However, panic attacks are triggered by a wide variety of stimuli that could include aspects of the game.

Overall, though, panic attacks are a result of imbalances in brain chemistry and have nothing directly to do with the stimuli that trigger them.
