Can you report a private server of a game to the original owners even if it is against the Terms of Serivce of the private server without getting sued

you are a moron. if you want to report it, why did you play it in the first place, also the private servers Terms or EULA are void because they do not own the rights to the game itself, therefor cannot enforce any aspect of it legally.
