How do you get to Neitiznot on RuneScape

To get to Neitiznot on RuneScape you must have completed the "Fremminik Trials" quest. This will allow you access to the Fremminik Isles. When you have completed the quest, all you have to do is talk to a person on the pier just to the east of the rock crabs in Fremminik, and ask him to transport you to the island. If you need to go to the neighbouring island of Jatizo, then all you have to do is talk to the other person at the same pier.
