How do you get nookingtons without a visitor

Ok. Heres the deal. First, you have to get the highest Nook store before Nookingtons. Then, everyday for a month, you have to go in and buy EVERYTHNG. I mean EVERYTHING. Furniture, seeds, paper... I have done it several times on my different games! I swear this really works!
