I don't see why you would think that. Excluding the rant, the short answer is no. The only VIPs are t-shirts that you wear to get in a room. Having Builder's Club doesn't affect gameplay AT ALL. Here are ways to become a VIP:
-If the is a link in the description, copy it, delete address at top, then hit CTRL+V, and hit ENTER.
-Look in the creator's stuff, fund the T-shirt

But if you have BC, you really are a Very Important Person, just not able to get in VIP rooms.
